Where would you guys recommend starting off wholesaling as a beginner?

The Story:I got tipped off on a local property that was in foreclosure and selling for an irresistible price off market... 

I made them offer a hotel to the tenants. 

I'm surprised an STR would be viable in a place with a resort hotel on the property.

Here a quick tip for when you are interviewing companies ask them this question "what are you steps to address a broken hot water tank"If they answer, send a plumber out and address the problem, you know they'll charge you an arm and legIf they say, they'll walk the tenant through trouble shooting steps like resetting the pilot light, you know they'll save you money 

airlines don't keep them.. and of course my credit card proved it but that was not enough.. even though I matched the credit card to hotel stays in the cities i do business and then matched that up to huds and all sorts of business contacts.. power points of presentations i made at reias around the country etc etc.. and other stuff like soft staging my wife buys for her listings..
