Owner's "draws" are taking funds out of the LLC to yourself. 

Owners with strong operating histories encounter buyers with an economic slowdown on their minds and, so far, neither side is willing to give.

The idea being that if there’s a major issue, the owner would be notified.

They then proceeded to not even complete the rough ins on his home (long distance owner) and drew 100% of the construction funds from him.  

Do you go out and physically take them, ask current owner (if possible) or just use google maps?
