I just came from my meeting with the CPA and attorney.The both have plenty of experience in real estate, and also have worked with foreign RE investors, as myself.We had a very useful meeting, and I clarified many concepts.I am confident in their expertise and soon we will be doing business.That's all for now.

I am not familiar with analyzing a property on this scale so I was hoping to get some feedback from others with more expertise in this field.

One of the main reasons I like connecting is so I can mention that person in a forum thread when someone would benefit from their specific expertise or is in their state or area.

Learn the ropes from them and then consider going in on some bigger chunks of money or being the lead investor on the deal.But that group seemed to have a pretty good expertise when it came to larger apt complexes and they have a pretty decent size group of members.  

Not all of these issues were related to the house, but all were issues that reduced the value and are an opportunity with someone with the expertise or energy to tackle them.

After all, what's the point of using a professional if I don't trust their expertise. 

Along the entire past 4 years, I have been listening to podcasts, engaging in a few blogs, playing with the calculators and using the expertise of the blog community to get questions answered.
