All HML's are not created equal.Some of the nationwide lenders do a good job, but may hedge on the overall value to keep themselves in a safe position.Local private lenders, may be a great source just starting out if the properties are local because they are familiar with the local market and they can act quickly based on the deal.

Hi BP communityI’m Aviv Dahari from Israel ,it was just the beginning of 2019 and I had this filling that something have to change , I don't want to work like this until I'm 60 there got to be another way , then by a miracle BP shows UP , and we became best friends for life .So in the past year I have studied , listened and basically learned every little thing I could get my hand's on about real estate from BP and other sources and looking forward to learn more from all of you , but the TIME has come to take some massive ACTION and live life by my own terms.My focus this year is to INVEST in rentals in Warren ,MI ,I would love to connect and work with this amazing community  ,Hope to hear from you

I ultimately decided to move away from SFH’s because the amount of work required to continue to scale wasn’t feasible alongside a full time job.Investing passively via syndicates opened my eyes to how I could benefit from real professionals sourcing, acquiring, doing due diligence and managing my asset all without any ongoing time commitment from me.
