Curious to know as I have heard this debate before from others, and maybe it’s different in commercial world, but what is your take on approaching multiple brokers in same market to help with feeding you leads?

Get a Realtor to set you up on a feed.

This is helping feed your family and you need them to abide by the lease. 

And let’s face it, agents are compensated on a commission basis so don’t go wasting their time and gas — just turn on the HGTV channel or something instead.Good luck

I just copy/pasted the email I got from Zillow and it sounds like they're going after another cash grab and will be charging $10/WEEK for rentals that come through the MLS feed.
