Most local banks/CUs who have their wits about them would see the dollar signs and be more encouraged to speak with you.

I manually enter it into Stessa but TT does have an integration feature that I haven’t used.  

I would encourage you to use your crews to work for other investors at first and network with other investors.

I'm encouraged by the specific suggestions you give on how to start small and build from there.

If it has been hard or frustrating so he has not done it encourage him to try again.
