I feel this shouldn't be an uncommon thing as I am sure people get windows replaced all the time and to have to wait for 4 months for the replacement seems kind of extreme.

And then there is always the mountain markets so if you want to STR the demand is extremely high, but flipping is basically non-existent because people scoop them up off market long before any individual could ever get to them.

The properties I've acquired myself have performed extremely well (extremely high cap rates and cash-on-cash returns).I started out self-managing my own properties, but I took on a few clients who were attracted by seeing how well my properties were performing.

Google “virtual bookkeeper” or “offshore bookkeeper” - you should be able to find someone for $4-$10/hr who knows this stuff better than everyone on this thread & would be extremely grateful to acquire extra work from “rich americans” so they can afford to feed their kids.I use offshore VAs extensively for things like this & much more to operate my STRs to free me up for things such as leisure activities & growing my wealth by buying new properties.P.s.
