It's been four months since closing, so I have two months to go before the property is seasoned and am exploring the Fannie Mae Delayed Financing option.Has anyone else done this?

My wife did an evening course but PM and I can give you her number to gonover all the options she explored.

I'm exploring all avenues but simple sure sounds good to me!

Hi DanielI've been exploring the Sumner/Robertson areas as well and I also live in Cross Plains.  

You might find a hybrid approach exploring BRRR (for your active money) and seeing if you have the time or interest to carry it through and some passive limited partnerships in syndications if you are accredited that invests in income producing properties.
