If you have a partnership, you may have a partnership filing obligation by this upcoming March 15.Once the partnership return is completed, a K-1 will be distributed by the partnership to the partners which will then be used to complete their individual tax return.Best of luck.

Last time I heard privacy is not something required for protecting individuals or class or anything like this; there are areas or spaces where must be private (i.e. bathrooms).

They are not traditional and if you end up with an individual lender that has not done one before, there is unfortunately an unreasonably high probability they won't get it done in time.Just do a Google search of credit unions and local / regional banks in your city.

I will definitely make them get renter's insurance and won't install the Wifi-enabled thermostat and the Ring doorbell.I would assume you make the tenants show proof they have renter's insurance every year then?
