You, on the other hand, by being a Manager-Member, owns 19% of the LLC.The LLC then invests in the syndicated deal and the members get a pro-rated portion of the profits/distributions from the syndicated investment.As always have a lawyer in your state ensure you're doing this the right way.

Most lenders will ask for a full application because there are so many items that come up during the application that can effect your rate and monthly payment, so most are just trying to get an accurate picture to give you a good quote.

For the locals in the area that might be able to help pinpoint areas of focus here --- think if you were an established hard working professional (not CEO or independently wealthy)  working at for example -- Redstone Arsenal, NASA, Military, one of the Universities or major Hospitals, the airport, a local lawyer, dentist, fireman, police, teacher, business manager, small business owner, corporate executive, etc, etc..

Technically, other members please correct me if I'm wrong, the bank is able to pull the loan if it is switched to an LLC but in my lawyers 20+ years of experience he has never seen a bank search for this once the loan is originated.
