I am currently living in Germany and pursuing my master´s degree in engineering.A couple of months ago I have decided to get into real estates and have been educating myself in this area.I have set a timeline for starting my first project, by the summer of 2019, in which I want to execute in the city of Würzburg in Germany.However I am lacking the connections and mentoring needed in this area and was wondering if anyone could give me an advice.Thank you!!

I've been binging webinars, youtube vids, podcasts, reading these forums and attending networking events in my area to educate myself and meet like minded people that I can learn from, possibly shadow and evenutally/possibly work on a deal with.  

I would check out the free guides under the Education tab above. 

So I put in 400k$ to rehab the property over 2-3 years, and today, I had it evaluated at 9.5M$, which allowed me to refinance into another property this summer.

I'm writing this post to ask the community for their recommendation on how I can get started, and how my girlfriend and I can better educate ourselves on our journey through real estate investing.

Today the seller contacted me Asking if I would be interested in possibly partnering with her and splitting the profit ,she's even willing to possibly contribute bring money to the table to work out the deal.

I would absolutely run a check today.

To get your wife interested in real estate investment might happen well if you educate her on the things you learn. 

Then just today, i received a feedback from another buyers agent that she came right up to potential buyers today and screamed in their window to “Get the “F” out of here”.
