If move and are just renting but keeping that property as your Primary, I doubt they'd care but you should ask them upfront before you get the loan.

This should make things easier on you when the eviction moratoriums are gone.Just not sure there's anything you can do to get them out right now besides cash for keys, but even then I doubt they'll take it since they know they have a potentially free & no consequence living arrangement for the foreseeable future.

If there are no repercussions for a school district charging impact fees they will continue to charge the impact fees.I have heard Senator Wienkowski speak about SB13 and therefore have little doubt that his intent was to not have ADUs below 750' have any impact fees (including school district fees).It is to the school district's advantage to rule that the school district is exempt from the no impact fees because school districts are not explicitly specified.
