@Joshua Nudell  we actually had one of our new builds in the REality show southern Charm. now it was not a fix and flip... one of the stars of the show actually bought it to live in.. so it was a retail deal.. and they did not ask for anything above and beyond just because we were going to be featured on the show...I don't see at the end of the show.. a list of subs or anything.. kind of like you saw on game shows in the day were at the end credits the suppliers were listed.

Banks, clinics, retail and restaurants all in the area/ walking distance.

No doubt Obama and his "justice" department will have some intervention.

We also know the property is currently occupied by the owner, and the retail value is probably about 2x to 3x what is owed.

Can this be done online or do I have to call each department?

It's just a step in a new direction so trying to tread carefully and I don't know many people personally in the retail clothing business.

Different cities have different goals so the local planning department is a good place to start.

I run a full spectrum real estate business; I hold, wholesale and retail.
