There is another discussion thread on the forums right now where someone is saying their insurance claim was denied, because it was a personal policy claim on a property held in an LLC and leased through the LLC.

This all may be moot, because it looks like my HELOC that I was applying for that was going to be used for the down payments on my investments has probably been denied because of technicalities, not even my credit worthiness or anything, just some technicalities. 

You may or may not also subject yourself to allegations of criminal activity for equity skimming or elder abuse if the situation arises.

The Tenant cannot unreasonably deny access, but if they do not allow it, your only recourse is a Court Order.
