That does appear to be lacking.BTW, I had two finance majors working for me who were very productive and more than earned their keep, depends on your management abilities and the time it takes to train a part-timmer as to efficiency.

When we have cash closings the title company SHOULD be able to deliver HUD-1s soon enough for funds to clear even if someone uses a cashier's check so that funds are available the same day.
