Imagine owning a couple million dollars of real estate free and clear simply because your tenants were good enough to buy it all for you.  

I personally flew out to Cleveland a couple of months back and looked at properties with different agents from different companies.

She's had a couple maintenance requests like any normal tenant.

My conclusion is a water conscious tenant would spend about $65/month in water and sewer, though I know of at least a couple of tenants I estimate were costing the park up to $165/moth.

Rent is $1950 (we just increased it a couple of months ago when the lease was renewed), and we've had only a single tenant.
