In a couple more years when our kids are in school, I should start to work again and that should wipe the mortgage out very quickly.And the conversation you describe with Dave Ramsey would be kind of boring because he would 100% agree with you. 

Maybe let him drive the conversation, ask him what you should be thinking about or learning about.

Hi All,I'm transitioning from buying and holding small multi-family properties to doing condo conversions.

Aisha:I bought a property once with an un-permitted garage conversion. 

I am working on trying to speak to the listing agent tobe able to have a conversation if possible, but I want toknow if I can offer that 180k conventional/FHA loan.

I have initiated conversations with a local bank to get the ball rolling.
