Every case would be unique but some new entity would probably acquire the assets of the company including lease contracts during bankruptcy proceedings/dissolution of the company, and the new entity might continue servicing it but who knows.

So much can go wrong and now another party is involved and affected.Since they won't engage you, the best you can do is just continue with the eviction process.

You need to build real authentic relationships with the owners, educate yourself and them on the foreclosure process to build trust with them.
