I would however state taht working for a similar broker , it is an opportunity to get into a compnay that shows no sign of slowing as people are continuing to purchase housing left and right.

I avoid the taxes by just selling, continue the growth of the estate, pass much of it on with no taxes and leave a legacy for future generations.

You still need to serve them the notice to Pay or Quit and continue with the eviction even if they move out.You will be awarded a judgment at which time you may be able to collect all of the rent due through the duration of the lease.Get yourself the proper paperwork and get a new PM immediately.
