The issue is that the relinquished property in Boston is held in our partnership LLC, and in order to satisfy the 1031 Exchange requirements, we *MUST* close and take title under the same name on both the buy & sell side.

So I just bought a 8 unit building for 1.3 great deal 9.8 cap rate.

We closed our first investment property in February 2024.

Where can I get private money and someone interested in purchasing 1.5 acresto split the current 3+ acres and leave the1.5 acres with the rentals for the long term deal.

I saw no signs of double close transactions.

I don’t currently have the money to just pay it off but considering if I should attack the loan over the next few years or save liquid funds for future deals. 

For some groups, if they are aggressive in getting deals, they might offer discounts on their PPP plans to get more business. 

Yes,  there are still deals to be found in Sacramento.
