The original recording in my name was on January 5th, and on January 19th I did a quit claim to put it into our deferred entity (an LLC).  

Would a quick claim deed be an option without the others approvals? 

Update:We are Moving forward here by establishing a petition to the city board and use the grandfathered clauses to claim these extra units.

Anyone have some quick advice for someone that's owned 2 rental properties for 14 years and never claimed depreciation?
