Hi all, Received a general lead in Furnished Finder this morning, MTR for construction crews through PCH (Preferred Corporate Housing). 

I found a quadplex for $390k.

Turnkey properties are great for someone like me who lives in a state where cashflow is very hard to find and who has a busy career that doesn't allow much time for typical landlording duties;2.

So MTRs that are close to the "action" are great.Also, I think the MTR market is getting more and more like Airbnb in Denver and Colorado, in that it's not an amateur's game.
