Both developers are reputable ones, they are sticking to project schedules, and the quality of buildings are good.

We have sold the houses for full price without taking any discounts because of foundation issues, I would not be worried about it if you have a reputable contractor that can issue a transferrable warranty.

Which would you choose and why?

Also, your reputation will suffer after enough of these fall apart.  

I'm not making it a high priority to choose properties near the stops, but I do try to check out most properties that pop up around two of the stops. 

I can't figure out what the principle balance will be if I choose to just reinstate the loan.
