I am being told by my parents and my in-laws that I am crazy to be thinking about doing this, especially with 3 young children but I think it would be crazy not to.

I want to leave cash flow to any children I may hopefully have.

I went back to school and earned by BA and MA while continuing to work full time, all along saving and getting yearly raises as contracts were approved.We intentionally did not have children for six years of marriage because we knew that our educational goals needed to be realized first.We continued this way through life and my wife eventually also got a nice paying job. 

Our initial plan was to buy a SFH in this area for us and 2 young children, occupy for a few years, and convert to rental. 

The problem is women with children.

The fix to the problem is simple:1- require 2 forms of legal I.D. to qualify for any social service 2- require 2 forms of legal I.D. to enroll children into schools3- require 2 forms of legal I.D. to rent an apartment4- fine businesses who hire illegal aliensWhat we don't need is a wall.

I also have small children, so that is in the back of my mind always.

I had two infant children at home, so I wanted to get back.

If you are traveling with young children, or passengers that may require assistance, place your mask on first before assisting other passengers.

It's also a great way for those of you who have good credit to gift good credit to your children.
