Lowes & HD are great for supply - but nix their contractors. 

I'm currently a full time hvac technician with my contractors license and would love to leverage my skills to help out the right investor.I am open to suggestions and here to answer any questions. 

I can't seem to decide which contractor to hire.

I know we will need bids from contractors for the either type of loan, but when will I need to get those?

Tearing down hazmat is different than a regular demo job so depending on the county you may have some extra costs on that side as well.Testing, clean up, and certifying costs can get really pricey really quick if you're going to do it the right way - but even after you've got it passed off by the health department, you will still have to disclose the history to renters of buyers. 

Can anyone provide any good leads on wholesalers, contractors, and agents in the area?

I can certainly help out on the finding a property end, but recommending a PM company is so tough (it's like suggesting a contractor). 

hard find good contractors with time, interest and experience. 

It’s too bad your renters didn’t tell you when they received a certified letter saying the Hoa was trying to get ahold of you about a violation which I assume they would have as all fine notices I’ve received have come certified mail.

The manager replied to my email asking about the repair saying he wanted the contractor to use plexiglass but he had to use what he had on hand.
