Hi all, I'm a Newbie to this just recently bought two properties.

Recently ,when I was listening to the BP podcast and their "Famous Four" questions, I had thought of a question I would like to ask you all. 

Here's some before and after pictures of a flip we recently completed for Urban Capital Group here in Pittsburgh.

Yet, the most recent ones were more than double and it was a pure profit grab.

I came across a service provider recently that could create a "we buy houses" type website and then drive traffic to it via Google pay per click program and Facebook ads. 

I did a walk through recently as well, and from the look of things, these tenants won't be able to afford 1000 dollar rent. 

Was the only bidder a majority of the time until recent when 1 other bidder decided to join the party but was only window shopping and probably scared off of the OCCUPIED status)New London County CT  built in the late 80'schecked the public records and found the owner of the home. 

So, in a few of the single family houses I have recently purchased for rentals, the basements are fairly humid. 

I have recently decided to make a serious commitment to investing in real estate.I have been interested in real estate for decades.
