I'm not sure what NREIG offers, but I thought normally you obtain a builder's risk policy for the property. 

New home sales are expected to increase as builders try to meet demand. 

What will home builders do?

We own two lots already that could be built on, and I have a construction background (licensed builder, grew up in a GC family).

A coach house could be 700-1400sq feet as the footprint of the CH has to be 700sq ft, but maybe some builder creates an affordable CH design for the inevitable demand coming.This should increase property values of current owners even if they haven't utilize the conversion or CH because a future owner could monetize that.

After the offer was signed by both parties the buyer who is a builder had his roofing contractor go up on the roof & found hail damage ( no notice to me of the inspection).

I did this with my existing house and I was able to save a ton of money, as we only needed a builder to set the house.

My general plan was to actually hire a home builder after i approve plans and drawings.

We've bought from a local custom builder, and also from a contractor's supply store that sells mid-high end cabinets and we honestly had the least amount of trouble with the installation and the product quality was every bit as good from Home Depot, which surprised me.

Any body have any idea how I can get this resolved quickly???
