We suspect a dead animal is blocking the vent/chimney.

I am trying to get him to walk the 2 blocks to the bank and deposit into my account, but he has not so far. 

There’s a property a block north that I’ve been in contact with the owner.

-Rent May be too high ($2395...on the higher end for a 1 bedroom (+Bonus room) in Highland Park)-Street Parking (the street is a dead end with a school at the end of the block)-The bathroom is in the kitchen (House built in 1920s...kinda weird)-Sharing a lot with the owners (we have provided their own private walkway and secluded patio, so interaction with us would be minimal).I would love any advice on things I may be over looking or potential strategies I can implement to get this thing filled. 

So I had to figure out my own way to win at the game, and it has to do with figuring out the quirks in the game and exploiting those holes that the other players don't see.there was a famous case in San Francisco.. there was a strip of land.. in a neighborhood of 3 to 20 million dollar homes.. and someone bought it at TAX SALE got the deed.. then tried to block off access to all those owners and hold them out for a huge payoff.. not sure what happened. but I know my dad ended up with all sorts of strips of land he let go to tax's  and sometime we would get a check sometimes not. 

Jacksonville FL investors, how's business? Booming? Slow?

I happened to have a lot of concrete blocks just outside the door so I've stacked them up pretty high just to see if after a while this beam would settle a little.
