Hello BP,I'm analyzing properties that come to my inbox, and I want to view the properties to get a better feel for the rehab.It would also be beneficial if I had 3-4 GC's that would be willing to come out and give a good estimate of costs.So does anyone have a good team, or a good GCthat they could recommend.

One option most ponder over is becoming a Real Estate Agent in the desired market area and is even advocated for in the BP Podcast.The main reason a License is beneficial seems to be due to the ability to be your own buyers agent and save on some closing costs as well as a foundation on which to understand the paperwork and processes of a standard transaction. 

You may even need 2 different lenders to satisfy both the warrantable and non-warrantable choices best for a condo.  

When just starting out, it's easy to get overwhelmed by all the choices and decisions.
