The "frankenstein" approach of moving Title to yourself to get the loan and then back just messes with your corporate veil since in my layman's opinion that is using the LLC as an alter-ego.

My wife and I currently own two rental properties but due to being active duty military, We’ve had to move and living in an apartment can not be anymore annoying than offering on countless homes only to be out bid because the numbers don’t work.

I'd start with an all out approach to building wealth and learning over the next year or two.
