Need help with focusing on key opponents when analyzing my market, with that said, I need BP Nation to help me. 

I understand I should perhaps build my own to understand what goes into it, but kind of tight on time atm and want to start analyzing deals.A search on BP yields a couple 7 year old results, some of which are behind paywalls.

It would be worth paying for AirDNA for a month to analyze OC and get a good idea of yearly total income and occupancy for comparable units.

I feel like I have brain fog and keep going in circles.I would greatly appreciate someone telling me how they would analyze this and what do they think they might do in this situation.

I was just curious if when analyzing, people use the BP calculators in general to determine if it's a good idea to dive into the details on a deal.What types of assumptions for your local market might not be captured in the calculators if you don't mind me asking?

The $2,860 scuttle the analysis for me but the $1,100 is much more palatable so I'm wondering what other people's comfort zone is when analyzing a property.

I realize that this habit is certainly popular right now though.
