Just concentrate now on making a budget, analyzing your expenses, and saving as much as possible. 

I think it's best to have an LLC if you're going to hold tenants, but the vast majority of what I see people requesting on BP is a lawyer to set up limited liability organizations because they're underinsured against major losses or they have uneasy partnerships. 

Learn all you can and analyze, analyze, analyze.

It is now becoming a vastly acceptable reality that within a few years the ‘wholesaling’ industry like we know it, is going to stop.

Hello all- I'm beginning to analyze fix and flip deals. 

Mostly, I have seen first-hand the difficulty in finding, analyzing, and purchasing deals of this size even from experienced professionals who work full-time on large multi-family investing.

I’ve analyzed deals in my home town and out of my home town and feel that I’m about ready to buy my first property and try house hacking.
