For you experienced commercial real estate investors, what are some essential learning materials you have read/listened to?

I also pre-order the materials and have them ready for pickup before my runner gets there. 

There are a lot of great study tools, practice tests online for free too if you feel like your course is lacking in providing you enough study materials. 

I did read that guide and also the bigger pockets podcast episode on house hacking among some other educational material.

I would emphatize, offer alternatives, maybe half rent and the rest deferred etc, but still serve a 5 day notice to protect your rights.

I want to list a home and am trying to think of alternative ways for my property to get attention.

Alternatively, would it be possible for me to live at and hold a VA mortgage on one property while she lives at and holds a FHA mortgage at a separate property?
