There is no such a thing they will just add it to the bill and you will pay interests on it.

Hi Brendon,If you want to work with local companies, I suggest you simply call title companies and ask them if they can facilitate assignment of contracts.

I would totally suggest going to a branch office.

I have not read the book but I have done many sub 2's over the decades and for us it was just a standard purchase contract and when it says additional terms we just described that we were taking title subject to the existing debt or which debt would remain on title.

I would suggest a price drop, but you say its competitive.
