We were interested in lancaster city and surrounding areas and also columbia boro.... we ended up in Lebanon, PA.

@Joseph AntwiWhile there are fewer multi's out my way into Morris County (and surrounding Counties), its generally cheaper and more "open." 

But this home is surrounded by similar houses that have all sold in the last year.

These tenants have been a royal pain in my rear end lately, and honestly I would be more than happy to have them leave.The lease they signed (expiring on 8/31/21) didn't include a buyout clause and doesn't appear to have any language surrounding early terminations, so I wanted to pick your brains on what my best course of action is going forward.

So 5 to 10 year trends.Job growth (this will be weaker this year in all markets due to COVID, so it should be on a bell shaped curve).Some swear by a median HH income range from $40 to $60k, but it depends on the surround affordability of homes.

I know that I am more likely to succeed if I surround myself with those who are successful and align with my core values.

I personally prefer some of the tertiary markets surrounding Milwaukee.

Newbie here on the forum and totally frustrated with my local market (area surrounding Reading, PA).
