The line of credit and loan opportunities are not that good in my opinion.I have CapitalOne for my personal account and I am thinking to move there as their tech has evolve and it is at a good level with very low cost, though I haven't evaluated what are the benefits for LLCs, they have all the offerings as a bank because they are one (Mercury is not a bank, it is a tech enabling company).

While I don't want to jump to conclusions, the picture on the ID is 100% inconsistent with the person I have seen.I understand the seriousness of accusing someone of identity fraud without concrete evidence, but I also have a responsibility to protect the interests of our property and existing tenants.

Personally the hot tub is only a perk if we like the house so  as referenced here themed room and location win the day.hot tub is a blessing or a curse - either they are spotless or nasty and there seems to be no in between.We would never not rent a str because it did or didn't have a hot tub but if we had two similar places we would most likely book the property without the hot tub.

Go for small counties that do not have as much competition as the large ones. thats were I would start and thats where my Dad would buy 100 plus props a year at tax sale.Most of the online bids can be done from the comfort of your home and you are able to preset your max bid and the system can simultaneously bid for you on all properties across all counties at once, so that may only apply to in person auction.
