I would that you get a complex around 20 units so it will support property management expense of an outside source that will do what you expect and are willing to keep you up to talk on the phone.  

There are many things that need to be factored when building in a rural area as opposed to building in town or where you have public water, sewer, gas, internet, phone, etc.

However, I'm concerned about doing several calls backs from my personal cell phone.

We use a service called Phone.com that let's us create unlimited phone numbers and voice mail boxes for one (low) monthly fee.

You can do it the old fashioned way and send yellow letters, knock on doors or phone calls.

Wish my phone could enlarge your HUD Statement so I can tead the numbers, but it can't, so I cannot advise.

I have bid on and bought a few houses sight unseen because I was away just by a few internet pictures and him going from room to room with me on the other end of the phone.
