Too much work is spent making other people, (and increasingly less appreciative people) rich.  

Our get rich plans were to run a vacation rental out of the home while we were away on training.  

I would be interested in meeting/communicating with people in my area-Bergen County,NJ that may be interested in rehab/flipping properties.

Test to make sure communication flows ... try their phone number and ask to talk to the broker or a licensed person. or send them an email and test their response time. 

The last thing I want as a landlord is to be sued for discrimination and walk into court and tell a jury "Y'all see, what we have he-ah is a failure to communicate...

That makes for some very interesting scenarios in places like TX, OH, PN and ND where cold oil rich farmers can trade sell their interests and use the proceeds to buy a snow free condo on Miami Beach.Likewise, mobile homes when driving down the road with a license plate are personal property.  

I've been communicating with a bunch of realtors inquiring about properties i see on the MLS and i feel like i'm all over the place not taking the proper steps to get to my goal. 

@Derrick Gray the industry is not easy and it's not a get rich quick play.

I'm not rich, don't have a killer job and saving 20% for the next building seems unrealistic.

Rich Dad Poor Dad is a must.
