HI BP -I'm wondering if there are any local REI professionals that purchase from live auctions, Auction.com, or any other sites? 

Well I said that I have training and am actively seeking a job in that field and I can provide a professional resume to apply for a position, but his attitude drastically changed and no longer speaks to me and avoids me.Is this because he has no training but just landed the job by luck? 

A good start is making sure the attorney communicates in a professional manner and responds to you.

His fee at the time was 10% of the rent and he said for me to spend over $2,000 for him to make 6 phone calls a year wasn't worth it.Turns out here, and most everywhere, it's finding people doing these small jobs that proved most difficult, because no one wants to pay for it.

Provide professional photos, and generate a lease for them.
