Which is better than any alternative now availble to us.This has been touted by Ed Wallace, writer for Business Week (online) for quite awhile.

My wife and I are looking in to buying our first home (we currently live with her father) and have heard that a forclosure would be our best bet for a good deal.

Companies like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.They've also attempted to broaden their services with recent introductions on things like Zestimates (essentially an online assessment of value) - and again, they are notoriously wrong in many cases.Realistically though, real estate is really local.

I'd be willing to bet that almost any county in CA has 100s of "deals" like this sitting around for the asking.

Do we have anyone else online that has formulas for apartment buildings, land, purchasing homes, etc ?

I have also looked on online at different county Register of Deed offices and can’t find a completed Warranty Deed to Trustee.

You bet---as far as Bob's "they need a job" statements, in order for FHA to work, they will have to have a 2 year employment track record (with no gap) and be able to document it (as in FULL DOC) in order for FHA to be considered...I also lend in IN and would be available for a 2nd opinion if desired...Regards,Scott MillerOriginally posted by "BlueStarHomes":Thanks for the input.
