Looking for an addendum template addressing tenant-installed outdoor security cameras.My new tenants, who moved into my SFH (in GA) a month ago, went ahead and installed several outdoor security cameras without approval.

IE I've had lots of problems closing sales with financing via CFD in Georgia.  

So if the tenant calls me, I would call the handyman to make the fix.What more management is needed (outside of placing and moving out the tenant)10% a month fee, when most months there will be nothing that needs addressing is the pill I don't want to swallow.I have a property in GA that I self manage and I have not had an issue doing it like this.
