You’re not buying mobile home, you are buying a home it is built in manufactory instead of build on site.

We had enough cash that we have purchased two properties (3/2 and a mobile home) that we plan to rent. 

We owned a mobile hot dog cart for a year (wasn’t happy and wasn’t our dream) so we know how to create a business plan and all of that, but I want a real estate business plan template to modify and correct.

Daniel,Most banks/lenders stay away from manufactured/mobile homes due to several reasons. 

I would if it were a Mobile Home.

Maybe focus on loans secured by special-use properties that no one is paying attention to such as manufactured home loans, mobile home parks (great sources of income for lenders and landlords), mix-use and commercial.
