I have a real estate portfolio with good amount of equity (most of the portfolio is free and clear), however my personal DTI ratio is too high and that's stopping me from tapping into it to settle some debts and buy more properties.

It all depends on the seller and their needs and I truly feel like offering more options than just going on the market gives a seller more options.

It really comes down to what specific documents you need from the tenant that you'll feel secured and comfortable of renting it to him/her.The typical criteria would be credit, background check, renters insurance, first + last month of rent + security deposit.

I want to stay in a place that has class and feels comfortable, just like home.

It's free and clear, owe nothing on the property.

Most are free if you don't owe anything, but even a $100 annual fee here or there is worth it to know you have *access* to the money if you need it, later on.

I just feel like why would i spend $300/sqft.And thenn lets get to interest rates minimally its 7% good game.And when i see real estate sales they all dropping priceI dont want to be left holding the bag but tell me how do you do this?
