@Elijah Olayemi promise  Just keep in mind if the agent is representing a bank owned property, 99.9% of the time it is not assignable and they won't negotiate. 

Then they too would be responsible for making sure the first loan is paid as promised and would have the ability to step in and make payments as needed.

Everyone promises training, try to understand the depth of it - is it something done on the side or or do they take training serious and systematically as a part of ongoing development?

I'm looking at west Humboldt Park as promising but I feel like the lack of transportation into downtown might be an issue. 

In order for a lease to be valid, it needs to be between the OWNER and the Resident, potentially executed by your property manager/designated agent, You don’t want to write a non valid lease for some fake privacy you won’t get anyway.

I have paid so much money and keep being told in the end when the answers that were promised aren't delivered, I need to pay more to get information origionally promised, on how to navigate through the business.

I think this post may be apart of a bunch of fake accounts or phishing posts.
