Turnkey is about cash flow, and everything else is a bonus in the end.I have zero interaction with any of the companies you listed, and we don't compete in that market, so this is certainly not about them as businesses or people, specifically.

Consider the ability to refinance to a lower rate down the line as a potential bonus, but not as a given.I would agree with others that you might want to look at new markets and/or look at multifamily properties.

For this deal it made sense on its own so if I can add the additional house that will just be a big bonus.
