I luckily found the tenant post on nextdoor app because the agent was so shady she wrote a bounce check.

Terms were also unfavorable, going from 10% down to 15% down at 7.35% with 2 points at closing and a 5yr prepayment penalty of 6 months interest.Rental estimate is app. 2250/month which would leave me covering and additional 600/month out of pocket.Am I right to consider selling this contract, if even possible, and if so, can anyone point me in the right direction?

But as a consumer / user I utilize whichever app has the best fit for the type of property I am interested in renting.  

I’ve never heard of Compass, just did some Googling and saw they have an app.

I use the Meetup app to find local real estate and MF meetups.

@Austin Jones, I am a fan of looking at comparable rentals in the same neighborhood on a real estate app (zillow, realtor.com) and using rentometer.

If we do, what apps/software do you guys recommend for tracking expenses/rent and running background checks? 

So basically I'm mostly dependent on phoning local friends and businesses to take care of most things but my question here is what apps would you recommend?
