I currently have properties in my name but starting to scale so looking at different options.

Here's what I decided to do: I explained the situation to my new tenant and asked which option was better for her; self-install it for me, or have me send someone to do it. 

This is a delicate situation and I want this to be as smooth as possible, having them vacate the property is a last resort option. 

LIke how to get rich in foreclosures right now would be pretty tough to do since they are non existent.. or in a uber hot market like now.. owner financing or the super duper lease option niche these all work in heavy distressed economy cycles but pretty tough today.  

An option may be to roll active 401k funds to an IRA and look at using a self directed IRA to buy the property.

I was told 1st Mortgage was extended 32 months. any options ?

Its a numbers game so the more options you have, the better.
