Would anyone be interested in sharing a simple rental contract template? 

I’ve seen a fare share of deals, situations and trends in our area.

Most typically the managers are charging fees for the management, but they may also share in the investment themselves be it debt (loan)or equity.  

We all have successes and failures the more we share the better we can help each other grow.

Can anyone share what service they are using that returns quicker reports for national and county searches?  

I will try and be brief, always a challenge for me, as it seems, once i share my experience, ask for advice, create a thread, it gets hijacked by an autoresponder claiming I am trying to solicit business in some way.
