It looks like you do a favor to the tenants that way, you can make sure the light fixture is properly stored and the fan is properly installed, and you get to keep the fan, which I agree with Keven is seen as an upgrade to many tenants.

This year, I’m looking to really get the ball rolling with a lot more volume.

I'm wondering if cost seg can still be done just without taking the added bonus depreciation - it seems that perhaps it can.

If I’m able to get a source of income (🤞🏾) will I still need to have 2yr minimum work history to get money to buy both land and build?
