@Kirsten Ostby- As property managers in Fayetteville, we begin experiencing this as the fall/winter months begin.

I believe I can fill it with cars to store over the winter season which should cover the note, insurance, taxes, etc.

If lease is renewed in winter/fall, we will renew w/ a shorter lease so it ends in summer. 

The properties I'm looking into are in my local mountain vacation spot witch is booming in the winter time due to snowboarding and skiing.

Then I change my mind and tell myself that a turn around flip would be the better first deal as opposed to implementing the BRRR method on a buy and hold property but I'm apprehensive about listing a home in the dead of winter.  

Holiday mugs, holiday plates, how often do you really need that spring form pan or that ebelskivers maker?

And if I choose the eviction route, I'm close to winter and who knows who I'll find to move in then..Thanks!

Have limited capital and equity in our current house, but want to get started investing this winter!
